Last weekend when I asked my sister what she wanted for dinner, she said, "something stuffed." I started to throw out options like grilled, ricotta-stuffed chicken and rice-filled, baked tomatoes, but she grabbed the Saveur that was sitting on the coffee table and said excitedly, "let's make these stuffed peppers!" Since they looked absolutely amazing, I happily obliged.
The recipe is pretty straightforward and simple. The filling is a creamy, tangy, and tart mixture of feta, Greek yogurt, and lemon zest. The ingredient list calls for Fresno or Anaheim chiles, which are more sweet than hot, so you can serve this vegetarian dish to people who don't like spicy foods. It's a wonderfully scrumptious appetizer and I highly recommend you give these feta-stuffed peppers a try; here's the recipe.

Sunday BBQ: Shrimp Skewers With Spinach and Feta
After overconsuming steak and burgers over the weekend, I'm ready to redeclare my devotion to Summer seafood. I love to serve shrimp and pineapple kebabs, but tonight I'm going to try something different: Greek-style barbecued shrimp skewers, marinated with licorice-tinged aniseed, then strewn over a spinach salad with feta cheese and tzatziki, a creamy yogurt, cucumber, and dill sauce. For a different kind of seafood grill-out, read more.

Come Party With Me: World Cup — Dessert
When planning a World Cup viewing party, there are lots of fun options for the menu. You could serve classic American game day food, or if you're not rooting for the US, create a menu based our your team's country. Then you could always offer South African cuisine in honor of the host country. Or you could do what I'm doing and have each course represent a different country. The spread of appetizers consists of Spanish, Mexican, American, and French dishes.
For dessert, I'm turning to Greece. What's on the menu? Baklava! The Greek favorite consists of layers of flaky phyllo dough with chopped nuts and honey. I'll also pick up a couple bars of Toblerone chocolate for guests who have a super sweet tooth. It's from another competing country, Switzerland! To get the simple baklava recipe, keep reading

TV Tonight: The Season Finales of Kell on Earth and Greek
It's almost cap and gown time! In the third season finale of Greek, Cappie and co. are chilling on Spring break pre-graduation from Cyprus Rhodes, but it's hardly goodbye — the show will come back for a fourth season, which many of you are happy about. In the episode, titled "All Children . . . Grow Up," we'll find out if Casey gets into law school and what it means for her relationship with Cappie. I'm guessing we'll also have a satisfying setup of where the characters will go when the series returns post-grad.

Meanwhile, over on Bravo, Kelly Cutrone's reality show Kell on Earth comes to a close. This first season has seen several of the People's Revolution staff either fired or having quit, and that's just the beginning of the drama for the NYC office. I got shamelessly addicted to the show, mainly because of Cutrone's brazen attitude and the highly stressed but fabulously dressed staff members (most notably assistant Andrew). Kell on Earth hasn't been picked up for a second season yet, but considering the company's rotating door of employees, there's a ton of material there for more.
