Bailey Doesn't Bark

Although some people may think this Roaches on My Cup and Saucer servingware ($47) is whimsical, I find it grossly realistic. I don't want a live roach crawling in my cappuccino, so why would I want to see a painting of one at the bottom of my mug?! Still, this teacup set could be fun for practical jokes. How do you feel about it? Does it make you squeamish, too?

Kitschy mugs have never been my thing. However, when I saw these porcelain Postcups ($50) by Bailey Doesn't Bark, I thought they would make a fun Valentine's Day gift. The microwave-safe, handle-less mugs can even be engraved with a personal message. Every time you enjoy hot chocolate you'll remember the person who sent you the cup, and if things don't work out with that special someone, imagine how satisfying it will be to smash it.
