Jessica Simpson and Baby Maxwell Dress Up For Halloween

Jessica Simpson's Halloween costume was on display today!

Jessica Simpson's Halloween costume was on display today! She shared a photo with fans via her website and Twitter account, showing her decked out in a milkmaid-esque costume with her waist cinched in a corset. Eric had a Braveheart look going on, while little Maxwell was a chicken. It was just this time last year that Jessica confirmed her pregnancy. She memorably shared a photo of Eric as Larry Byrd and herself as a mummy, saying, "I'm going to be a mummy!" Just a few months later, baby Maxwell entered the world and is now a part of the Simpson-Johnson family dress-up fun.

Gwen Stefani and her youngest son, Zuma Rossdale, hit the streets of London this evening to do a little trick-or-treating.

Gwen Stefani and her youngest son, Zuma Rossdale, hit the streets of London this evening to do a little trick-or-treating. Zuma sported a Star Wars Stormtrooper costume as they set out on the leaf-strewn streets of the city. Gwen decided to forgo dressing up for the holiday, but looked stylish as usual in a pair of sunglasses, a puffy jacket, and her trusty Doc Martens.

The Stefani-Rossdales have made their home base in LA, but also spend time in Gavin's hometown of London each year. Gwen and No Doubt will appear on the UK version of The X Factor this Sunday, and will head to Frankfurt, Germany, for the MTV EMAs the following weekend. After that, she and Gavin will enjoy a couple of weeks of downtime before No Doubt kicks off a series of shows in LA on Nov. 24 and Gavin resumes touring with Bush on Dec. 1.

Healthy Ways to Use Up Your Leftover Halloween Pumpkin

Happy Halloween! While today is all about the jack-o'-lanterns, tomorrow you may have more than your fair share of leftover pumpkins or rotting gourds.

Happy Halloween! While today is all about the jack-o'-lanterns, tomorrow you may have more than your fair share of leftover pumpkins or rotting gourds. So if you've been carving up a pumpkin storm or otherwise decorating with pumpkins, here's what to do with the leftovers.

Pumpkin puree: Don't discard the insides of your pumpkin — you can add pumpkin puree to everything from baking to your morning yogurt. To make pumpkin puree with the pulp of your carving pumpkin, steam it until it's tender (about 30-45 minutes). If you're using a whole pumpkin, cut it in half and place on a baking sheet, cut face down, and roast for about 1 1/2 hours in a 350-degree oven. In both cases, let your pumpkin or pumpkin pulp cool a bit, then mash with a potato masher or food processor (after scooping it out of its skin if you've roasted a whole pumpkin). You can freeze any pulp you don't use and add it to any of these healthy pumpkin recipes.

Roast seeds: Roasted pumpkin seeds are easy to make and are the perfect go-to snack, either by themselves, as a trail mix addition, or sprinkled on salads. Spice things up with these basic roasted pumpkin seeds with seasoning ideas.

Compost the rest: If your jack-o'-lantern has seen better days, it's time to get rid of it. If you've got a compost pile, your leftover pumpkin will make a rich compost for your Fall garden. Cover with leaves to quicken the process.

This Year's Hot Halloween Costumes For Women More Funny Than Sexy

According to Google, the top Halloween costumes for women include political memes, strong female heroines, and a pint-size reality TV star.

According to Google, the top Halloween costumes for women include political memes, strong female heroines, and a pint-size reality TV star. What's missing from the list, interestingly, is sexy corn and sexy baby . . . could we — pretty please — be in the final days of the "sexy" Halloween costume era? It's possible, as "sexy Halloween costume" searches are on the decline with Yahoo! searches down 47 percent since 2010 and Google searches down more than 50 percent since 2008. But maybe everyone just knows that when you search for a costume, the sexy versions will inevitably show up? Either way, we're happy to see this year's hot costumes have more girl power than slutty power. See the top six costumes for women now!
