Dale is so ready to dis on Mike Isabella for being a chubby. Yo Dale, I love ya, but you too have been eating some dozen or so cookies by the looks of you!

It's so great to see my season 4 pals back on All-Stars! I have to say, I was a bit jealous when All-Stars was announced, but after watching Elia get kicked off I realized once was enough for me!

Wow, Marcel really needs to lay off the Bombay, does he want his head shaved by Dale this time?

FISHING!!!!! This has got to be every chef's dream — ocean to table, it can't get better than that. Awesome challenge, Bravo!

Move over, Stefan and Ryan! It's time we got a female's point of view of Top Chef All-Stars. That's why we've asked one of our favorite contestants of all time, chef Jen Beisty, to share her thoughts on tonight's episode.

Since participating in season four, Biesty has been busy doing what she does best: cooking! She's the executive chef at San Francisco's Scala's Bistro. Jen's clearly focused on her career, and her commitment to the craft of cooking is absolutely refreshing.

Will she support fellow fauxhawked chef, Richard Blais? What does she think of Jamie's cook-dodging ways? We're excited to see what she has to say!

Over the weekend, the second annual SF Chefs event took place, and it wasn't just about the food — beer, wine, and cocktails were in full force, too. Case in point: MIX with SF Top Chefs, a happy hour featuring a cocktail shake-off between San Francisco's most memorable Top Chef alums.

Five contenders — Ryan Scott, Jen Biesty, Mattin Nobila, Erik Hopfinger, and Laurine Wickett — made original cocktail recipes that incorporated the use of Fiji Water, a sponsor for the event, and I had the pleasure of guest judging the competition. In the end, Top Chef: Chicago's Jen Biesty came out on top with a well-balanced cucumber cocktail.
Jen Biesty named her cocktail The Fiji Facial after being inspired by a famous San Francisco spa. Her zen-like cocktail incorporates health-minded ingredients like ginger juice and organic cane sugar. To score the refreshing recipe — and check out photos from the event — read on.
