After having this delicious lentil salad at Cibo in Sausalito I went on a week long lentil bender and tried to sneak them into most every meal. My favorite mix so far is lentils, celery, and Brussels sprouts topped with pomegranate seeds.

I have read non-stop in all of the cooking magazines about beer and food pairings. So last night my husband and I finally attended our first beer and food pairing at Fish in Sausalito. Fish is a great casual joint all about sustainable fishing, local products and, of course, really good food too! We had their prix fixe with four different courses and five different beers! Each course was delicious and well paired with each beer.
