There was a conversation a little while ago about what goes in a smoothie. (I am not going to use that word again.) So before I made my blend this morning, I snapped a picture of my ingredients.
Frozen Spinach, Pineapple, and Blueberries, Hemp drink, milled flaxseed, unflavored whey protein, and water.
This was not my best ever, but still very tasty. I typically use whatever fruit or vegetable needs to be used, and supplement with frozen, but I came back from a long weekend and this is what I had. I give it a 5 on flavor and a 8 on nutrition.
