Killer App: Gyro Jalapeno Poppers

After salivating over this lamb sausage, feta, and romesco pizza, I had a hankering for the ground meat myself.

After salivating over this lamb sausage, feta, and romesco pizza, I had a hankering for the ground meat myself. I was all set to go for kabob e kubideh until I spotted a recipe for the appetizer of my dreams — gyro jalapeno poppers, stuffed with red onion, oregano, and ground lamb. My stomach made the ultimate vote: Greek-style stuffed lamb poppers it was!

Prepping jalapenos for poppers can be a bit gnarly. By the fourth chile or so, I could feel the capsaicin gripping the back of my throat and olfactory system as I ripped out its seeds and veins. But the end result is so very worth it: it's a heartier, more captivating version of the addictive appetizer. Curious to see how it's made? Just keep reading.

Men, Women, and M&Ms Show Skin During this Year's Super Bowl Ads

There were lots of reasons to tune in to the Super Bowl this year.

There were lots of reasons to tune in to the Super Bowl this year. Eli Manning vs. Tom Brady. Madonna's halftime show. And of course, the commercials. As expected, advertisers still think sex sells, and we saw many examples of sexualized, half-naked women during the commercial breaks. But they weren't the only ones to strip. David Beckham showed off his soccer bod for H&M and an M&M chocolate showed us that he's sexy and he knows it. Here are four examples of Super Bowl skin. And comment with your Super Bowl ad highs and lows.

H&M

After seeing a lifetime of Victoria's Secret angels on TVs, it was exciting to see David Beckham modeling off his briefs — and hot bod for H&M. They didn't hold back on the close-ups.

Teleflora

The florist had model Adriana Lima tell guys that on Valentine's Day they just need to give in order to receive, essentially suggesting women will perform sexual favors in exchange for flowers.

M&Ms

I had to laugh at this M&M commercial. The red dude M&M thinks a brown-shelled lady M&M is going nude and decides to strip and dance ridiculously. He's sexy and he knows it.

See Go Daddy's ad after the break.

Andy Lewis Slacklines to Fame During Madonna's Halftime Show

During Madonna's Super Bowl halftime show, a performer jumping up and down on what appeared to be a tightrope had the crowd asking, "Who is that guy who looks like Will Ferrell, and what is he doing?"

During Madonna's Super Bowl halftime show, a performer jumping up and down on what appeared to be a tightrope had the crowd asking, "Who is that guy who looks like Will Ferrell, and what is he doing?" For anyone involved in rock climbing, you already know that it's athlete "Sketchy" Andy Lewis, the slackline king.

Besides being a lot of fun, slacklining is an incredible workout that challenges your core, agility, and balance. It may look similar to tightrope walking, but the differences are important. Unlike a tightrope, which uses a tautly-held rigid line, slacklining relies on the use of flat nylon webbing anchored with enough give to stretch and bounce. This give is what allowed Andy, who holds several world records in slacklining, to perform those acrobatic stunts during the halftime show. While it's grown into having a community all its own, modern-day slacklining is attributed to the Yosemite rock climbing community. In the '80s, rock climbers started killing time while camping by setting up slacklines using gear they already had — a tradition which still persists today. Some climbers even go slacklining thousands of feet up above the Yosemite valley floor. Slacklining has since evolved into a competitive sport and even bred offshoots like yoga slacklining.

If you missed Andy's performance, check it out after the break!

Watch the NBC Stars' Super Bowl Song and Dance Number!

NBC seemed excited to be hosting this year's Super Bowl — so much so that they enlisted the casts of many of their shows to sing the song "Brotherhood of Man" from the musical How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.

NBC seemed excited to be hosting this year's Super Bowl — so much so that they enlisted the casts of many of their shows to sing the song "Brotherhood of Man" from the musical How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. They manage to cram a lot of stars in there (and convince them to all belt it out), so watch to see a whole lot of folks from 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation, and Community, as well as newbies like Smash, and many many more.

Going to the Dogs: the Best Super Bowl Animal Commercials

Advertisers once again turned to man's best friend (and other animal pals) for a $3 million dose of funny during yesterday's Super Bowl.

Advertisers once again turned to man's best friend (and other animal pals) for a $3 million dose of funny during yesterday's Super Bowl. And while it was a giant of a day for one group of gridironers, we think the trophy should go to Weego, the smartest (and cutest) rescue dog of them all! Which was your favorite? Gisele Bundchen Consoles Tom Brady Following Tough Super Bowl Loss

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady met up and hugged as he stepped out the Patriots locker room after a difficult Super Bowl loss in Indiana on Sunday.

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady met up and hugged as he stepped out the Patriots locker room after a difficult Super Bowl loss in Indiana on Sunday. Tom and his team lost to the NY Giants in a close game, which Gisele watched from a luxury box. Gisele apparently rushed down to comfort Tom at the end of the Super Bowl, and was even overheard defending his performance.

The Patriots were unable to pull out a win, despite Gisele's now-famous email asking for best wishes from friends and family on "Tommy's" big day. Even so, he gets to come home to a happy personal life with Gisele and his two adorable sons. Hopefully now that the season is over they'll find time for a romantic getaway, considering how much they love hitting the beach and we've seen how much all-star quarterback Tom also enjoys a waterslide.
