Good Friday Is a Good Day For Hot Cross Buns
The other day geeksugar was telling me how her mom had just dropped off a delicious batch of fresh hot cross buns as part of her family's annual Easter celebration. Later that afternoon, I realized that today, Good Friday (which is known within the Christian religion as the Day of the Cross and is always the Friday before Easter), is actually National Hot Cross Buns day.
