Last weekend while Yum was eating her way through the Chocolate Salon, I was busy sampling cheese at the Artisan Cheese Festival in Petaluma, CA. I attended a seminar, Cheese Essentials, hosted by Laura Werlin, one of America's most prominent cheese authorities.
