This week Noteworthy Nibbles includes an international chocolate show complete with chocolate-inspired runway designs. In sunny Florida, the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival should be quite the spectacle. Folks who live in Virginia have the great fortune of two oyster events this weekend. EPCOT's Pumpkins Earn Their Ears

When you think Disney World, you don't necessarily think sustainable farming - however maybe you should. When EPCOT (Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow) was built it was intended to be a futuristic model community. These days it's mostly just an amusement park, however one area of EPCOT is still living up to its name: The Sustainable Agriculture Production & Research Center. The center has been at the forefront of experiments and growing techniques. If you visit you'll be able to see a huge "gravity-free" tomato tree, hydroponic leafy greens, and pumpkins "earning their ears."
