TresSugar/SELF Magazine Casual Sex Survey Results

I hope you're in the mood, because we're excited to reveal the results of our exclusive TrèsSugar/SELF Magazine casual sex survey! We asked 2,000 single women, ages 18 to 63, what they really think about no-strings-attached sex and discovered almost all women have done it at least once, and most don’t regret it. While the potential negative consequences also weigh on the minds of single women, most consider casual sex fun and don't need a relationship to satisfy their desires.

With our survey results, we're breaking down these attitudes by the numbers. Curious about how many partners women have on average, how many of us use protection, and the number-one reason we do it in the first place? Read on. Some of the answers might surprise you.

At a recent seminar hosted by the California Milk Advisory Board, I tasted a lot of amazing cheese. The class was taught by the wonderfully passionate and knowledgeable Juliana Uruburu. She selected the cheese and paired each one with different food items. While I enjoyed everything I ate, there are five cheeses that I'm on the lookout for. The next time I see them at the grocery store, I'm definitely going to buy them! To find out what cheeses they are so you can do the same, keep reading.

Jamie Oliver on Food Revolution 2, Huntington a Year Later, and LA Schools

With

With Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution, British culinary celebrity Jamie Oliver has made a name for himself as an advocate for healthier American eating. The show's first season, shot in obesity-stricken Huntington, WV, received critical acclaim and garnered a Primetime Emmy in 2010.

Food Revolution's second season returns to ABC April 12 at 8 p.m. The comeback takes place in Los Angeles and faces an entirely new set of challenges, including resistance from the city's public school system.

While in South Beach, Katie and I took a minute to ask the chef about season two, his troubles with the Los Angeles school system, and what he thought of Huntington losing its school funding. His surprising answers, when you read more.

Earlier this morning, Dunkin' Donuts announced that it's come out with Hearty Snacks, a new menu that features the likes of stuffed breadsticks and handheld pies.

A First Look at the Hearty Snacks Menu by Dunkin' Donuts

Looks like

Looks like Dunkin' Donuts is moving beyond the battle for breakfast sales. This morning, the chain has unveiled Hearty Snacks, a new line designed to fuel customers throughout the day and in between meals.

The initial lineup includes Stuffed Breadsticks in two flavors, Cheeseburger and Pepperoni & Cheese ($1.59); Bagel Twists, in savory (Cheddar Cheese) and sweet (Cinnamon Raisin) ($1.39); and Warm Apple Pie, baked with cinnamon sugar ($1.29).

Why the focus on daytime snacking? Why, time! "People today have less time than ever before and seek foods that can be enjoyed on-the-go, any time of day, with no compromise on taste or quality," Dunkin' said in a statement.

The company's shifted its strategy hot on the heels of a report that revealed 55 percent of consumers snack at least once a day, and 21 percent are snacking more frequently than they did two years ago. Sounds like an all-day grazing menu could be the next frontier in fast food. Check out the new menu below. What do you think of the snack offerings?

BeCouply: A Social Networking App Just For Dating

The Internet can help you find your mate, either on a dating site, through your online social network, or by allowing you to offer a $10,000 award to anyone on the web who will introduce you to your future wife.

The Internet can help you find your mate, either on a dating site, through your online social network, or by allowing you to offer a $10,000 award to anyone on the web who will introduce you to your future wife. Once you're paired up though, technology seems to make love more complicated — you must consider the realities of flirtexting (yes, that means flirty texting), navigate the awkward subject of changing your Facebook status, and if you end up changing that status to "married," hope you don't succumb to the fate of 1 in 5 divorced couples who say Facebook played a role in their breakup.

After meeting on OKCupid like many twenty-something couples today, Becky Cruze and MIT-grad Pius Uzamere decided to create a product that would make relationships easier for "couples with epic social lives." So they quit their jobs and started working together full-time on BeCouply, a mobile and web app that will launch in a couple of weeks (you can sign up for an invite). The app is part date idea generator, part online scrapbook. Founder Becky Cruze explained the concept to me:

"You'll have a date idea feed similar to Twitter or the status updates on Facebook with date ideas from other couples in your network. You'll see ideas they're planning or things they've already done. Or, you can enter ideas that you have and see if any of your friends want to join. There will also be suggestions coming in from us at BeCouply, like events going on in your city, concerts, anything related to holidays, or any deals that might be going on."

As for the scrapbook component, it's actually how some of the date ideas get generated. Find out more when you keep reading.

Director Cary Fukunaga looked sharp last night at the NYC premiere of Jane Eyre alongside the stars of the film Mia Wasikowska and Michael Fassbender. Earlier this month, the Sin Nombre director stopped by San Francisco, where I chatted with him about his latest movie, a darker take on the Charlotte Brontë novel. Cary says the classic tale has elements that will always be universal, including a woman who will not disrespect herself in the name of love. Find out how he thinks Mia's performance stacks up to past Jane Eyres, why he thinks the movie needs to be made again in 2011, and what historical details you should watch out for when you watch Jane Eyre, out Friday. Last Friday night as he prepared for the BubbleQ event at the 10th annual South Beach Wine and Food Festival, chef Rick Bayless took a quick minute to speak with us. The Top Chef Master wasn't in the chattiest of moods, but we did manage to ask him a few questions about his view of authentic Mexican cuisine. At the barbecue-centric party, which was hosted by Bobby Flay, Bayless was serving barbecued suckling pig with a spicy slaw. To see what he had to say, keep reading.
