There was crunchy coffee cake, dried fruit-tequila scone, and my absolute favorite: bite-sized jalapeno biscuits. The flaky biscuits were spicy without being overpowering; a perfect balance of heat. Super active TeamSugar member crispet1 recently visited Las Vegas and had the opportunity to check out Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill. Everything looks absolutely amazing from Blue Corn Cornbread all the way to the Warm Chocolate Cake, Dulce de Leche, and Toasted Pecan Ice Cream. Say what you will about Bobby Flay, but I truly believe that he knows his way around a grill. If you've got a few minutes to spare, be sure to grab a napkin — to wipe up your drool — and read crispet1's fully illustrated recap of the meal.
