After Guinness, the Irish coffee is quite possibly Ireland's most famous drink. This hot cocktail is a mixture of coffee, whiskey, sugar, and cream. It's famous thanks to the Buena Vista Cafe, a San Francisco establishment that perfected the recipe in 1952 and has since served countless Irish coffees — including the world's largest one ever. Here, bartender Paul Nolan, who's been at the cafe for 32 years and estimates he's poured over 3-4 million Irish coffees, teaches us how it's done.

To celebrate today's holiday, I've gathered 15 pics of pooches celebrating this year (or in years past) . . . including my own! Happy St. Patrick's Day!
While every worker hopes to find a shinning pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, our career realities are rarely that whimsical. We put in our time, work toward a major, try to find a job that matches our desires and skill set and keep punching the clock and persisting until it works (or doesn't). I have friends who spent years in graduate school or have been building careers slowly and have developed that perfect package that landed them a dream job, while others stumbled on their current profession out of sheer luck. Which rainbow do you fall under?
Ever since I was little and my mom would make "breakfast for dinner," I've been a fan of enjoying classic breakfast items at night.
Today, to celebrate St. Patrick's Day, why not make the hearty brunch favorite known as corned beef hash? It's traditional meat and potatoes at its best, and when topped with a perfectly poached egg, it makes a fine meal.
