If there's one thing I could eat every day, it's chocolate and fruit. Chocolate-covered strawberries are one of those decadent desserts that people save for special, romantic occasions, but I don't really understand that. This technique for dipping your strawberries in melted chocolate is so simple, it can and should be enjoyed regularly. While many recipes tell you to melt chocolate and butter together, I find that the chocolate chips melt perfectly on their own and I like to keep things as simple as possible. I use semisweet chocolate chips, but feel free to use whatever your taste buds prefer. Click through to follow along.
A Vegan Strawberry Pudding For Everyone!

One of the fruits most loved by toddlers are strawberries. It's like candy to them! Whip up an all-natural strawberry chia pudding — chia is a great source of omega-3 and a great alternative for kids who don't like to eat fish — as dessert or as a special breakfast, and we're sure it'll get a rave review! Even if your tot doesn't follow a vegan diet, this is a must-try recipe! It's quick, easy, and altogether yummy.

Strawberry Semifreddo Is Impressive Yet Easy
For my latest dinner party, I was on the hunt for a showstopping, seasonally focused dessert that didn't require turning on the oven. The first thing that came to mind? A semifreddo. The dessert, which translates to "half-frozen" in Italian, can really refer to anything that's been somewhat chilled or frozen, but this version, from New York restaurateur Donatella Arpaia, is stunningly simple, with little more than strawberries, a pinch of sugar and liqueur, and cream. Serve in dramatic fashion — sliced uniformly with strawberries and sauce for garnish — and your guests will be duly impressed. Ready for the season's best no-cook dessert? Then get the recipe here.
A Reader Recipe: Fourth of July Berry Yogurt Crepes

Gluten-Free (and Almost Sugar-Free) Strawberry Crumble
Summer is here, which means strawberries are at their peak ripeness. Crumbles and cobblers are a delicious and easy way to enjoy Summer's bounty. However, it's tough to find gluten-free options that actually taste good. The combination of brown rice flour, flax, and oatmeal gives this version of a strawberry crumble a crunchiness that complements the melt-in-your-mouth strawberries. This recipe is also high in fiber and vitamin C and low in sugar.
Old-Fashioned Vanilla Pudding With Crushed Strawberries
OnSugar blog Fresh Tart does it again with another amazing-looking recipe for a classic pudding with seasonal strawberries.

If the only vanilla pudding you've ever eaten is from a plastic Jello brand cup, then please make this. It takes about 15 minutes to pull together and will knock your socks off, gone.
You can eat the pudding warm right out of the pan (Stephanie style) or chill it for a bit to serve after dinner (the proper way). Because strawberries are amazing right now, crush some with a little sugar (and a splash of booze?) and spoon them over the top. I don't know what it is about vanilla pudding + strawberries in particular, but for me, it is a holy grail combination that tastes of childhood, my grandmother's kitchen, and the world's most perfect strawberry ice cream.

Happy Hour: Strawberry-Basil Smash
If you've never made a cocktail with herbs before, start with this recipe. It's a simple smash that results in a refreshing concoction with a beautiful color. Since basil is a mild and somewhat floral herb, it doesn't overpower the drink. The sweetness comes from juicy strawberries while fresh, naturally acidic lemons add a nice tartness. The recipe calls for gin, but if you're not a fan of the botanical spirit, use vodka instead. This libation is an ideal Summer sipper, so get the method now.
Happy Hour: Frozen Strawberry Margaritas
This strawberry season, the Yum team's had a major obsession with cocktails made from the fruit. So when Katie recently shared a recipe for her favorite strawberry margarita, I felt a sudden, burning desire to feature mine.
Call me cheesy, but on Summer's hottest days, I can't resist the allure of a blended, fruity drink. This margarita, which is made with the classic elements (lime, agave, orange liqueur), fresh strawberries, and plenty of ice, totally hits the spot. The secret ingredient is añejo tequila — it imbues the cocktail with a smoother, more subtle flavor.
