Kentucky: Hot Brown

Especially great for giving new life to Thanksgiving leftovers, try the Hot Brown. The Brown Hotel whipped up the first Hot Brown in 1926. The warm, open-faced breakfast sandwich is loaded with roasted turkey, bacon, tomatoes, and Mornay sauce.
