Maintain a Healthy Diet (but Cheat Every Now and Then!)

When it comes to diet, Sofia tells Shape that she's all about keeping things in balance. For the most part, she keeps portions under control and eats a diet rich in veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains; but that doesn't keep Sofia from enjoying her favorite guilty pleasure — cake! For those times when Sofia might overindulge — like during a recent week-long trip to Italy — she makes it up by eating clean for a month.
