I totally forget to drop the 'a' on 'la' because of the vowel in orange.

i debated between "duck" and "canard" also, but i figured that since i've heard it more often as "duck", i'd go with that. it worked for me

Delicious! I also love Duck Confit. Such a festive bird.

I knew the name but had to "search engine" how to spell it first! LOL No matter the spelling or the language, it is a tasty dish.
