There's a playful element to eating kebabs; they're interactive and low-maintenance at the same time. i've never really been a food on a stick kind of girl - but i can understand the allure. there were times that my fiance and i grilled out and made veggie skewers - but those were short lived on a stick so to me it was just a grilling tool, and less the focal point of the food.
