    I have a ton of pork chops in our freezer from our last bulk food run. I may have to try some of these out!

    I made a really easy, yummy pork recipe last weekend. Put 1 pound boneless pork chops, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup sour cream and a packet of french onion soup mix in your slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice. I lightened it up a bit by using fat-free cream soup and reduced fat sour cream.
