although i'm a vegetarian, when i was at the south beach festival, we always went to that event since it was soo highly regarded, so i can only imagine the vast 'spread' this year. i think that for those of you that are into burgers, this is really exciting. for a girl that never formally learned how to cook - it seems like this is her niche, and it makes sense i suppose since burgers aren't overly complicated. i guess she's trying to perfect things for when her restaurant opens here in the city since it's going to be a burger place too right?

The practically raw burger grosses me out a little bit, but the grilled cheese burger looks really good!
