10 Ways to Make Marshmallows More Fun

Jan 18 2008 - 4:15pm I'm not sure how it happened, but earlier this morning I ended up on a marshmallow gun hunt. They're sort of like a Nerf gun, but instead of soft, foamy Nerf balls, you get to shoot soft, fluffy — if not somewhat sticky — marshmallows. From marshmallow blower to marshmallow blaster, there's a marshmallow toy for everyone. To check them out, hit "start slideshow" below. Start Slideshow

I don't recommend this... only because I had to go to the hospital after being hit in the eye with a marshmellow! No joke! It scraped off a piece of my eye (the top layers) and hurt like HELL. Oh, and I had to wear a patch for almost a week. Argggggg.

I think that having a marshmallow gun would be a lot of fun - but I'm afraid that I would hurt somebody!

Yeah even if you don't take one to the eye these things can HURT. Especially if the marshmallows are at all stale and not fluffy, which if you're using them for ammo instead of cocoa I bet a lot of parents would use the old ones. Shoot em hard enough and owwww.

I didn't know there was such a demand for methods to shoot marshmallows, that people actually made various products for the purpose.

It's all fun and games until someone loses an eye.

It says a lot about a society when we construct toys to deliberately waste food.
