Head Out On a Chocolate Adventure

Sep 13 2007 - 8:01am A few weeks ago, I had the wonderful luxury of throwing myself head first into an all out chocolate tasting. The event, which was hosted by tuttiefoodie and tablehopper, was to promote the Chocolate Adventure Recipe Contest. It began with a few words from John Scharffenberger (of Scharffen Berger Chocolate).

I don't even know what some of the adventure ingredients are. What's Amchur Powder? Or Mastiha? I have eaten many dishes with chiles and chocolate, but I think that wasabi and chocolate would be a challenge.
