Dec 1 2008 - 12:30pm Pop singer John Mayer, a guy whose not afraid to say what he needs to say, wants everyone to get in the holiday spirit. How should they show their seasonal cheer? By baking a cake.
I think that man is super quirky, but quirkiness that leans towards baking... that's alright in my book. Not sure I'll enter, my frosting wielding skills are mediocre.
i can't say that i'm going to participate but i guess it's something new and different. He's always trying to be in the public eye for something or another.
My boyfriend and his roommate just did this last night. They both like John Mayer and play similar music on their own guitars. Their cake is pretty fantastic.

I don't think it gets more random than this! Still, I love the idea that a celebrity can get behind holiday baking.
