I don't know how people do it, munching on sugary doughnuts, chocolate-filled croissants, or crumb-covered muffins. If I started off my day with that much sugar, then I'd feel sluggish and cranky all morning. I fuel myself in the a.m. with low-sugar foods that are full of fiber and protein.
