Last year I received a spatula with pretty pink hearts on it as a hostess gift. At first, I thought it was a little cheesy, but now it's my favorite kitchen tool! I'm a huge fan of kitchen shears. I use them to snip herbs, cut chicken into chunks, and open cheese and prosciutto packages. I find them very handy and employ them on a regular basis.
