Last week our very own
FabSugar had the opportunity to chat with
Top Chef Season Two winner, Ilan Hall. They were both backstage at the
Cynthia Rowley Spring 2008 show — Fab reporting on the looks, and Ilan feeding the masses. Luckily for us, they were both able to take a few minutes from their jobs and provide us with a fun interview.

Ugh, Ilan is so smug i cant stand it. Never wanted him to win. Marcel deserved it, he has the better personality
1totally agree--smug is the perfect word to describe him. Ilan came off as the more immature, more idiotic, FAR more petulant of the two. Wonder how much of his prize money is left ... it doesn't seem he has the experience or maturity to build on this success the way harold has.
2ITA you guys, Ilan is so smug. I was surprised he won last season, I was rooting for Sam...None of Ilan's food really appealed to me.
3Love the interview Yum and Fab! He sounded fun.
4Skins!!! That has me laughing because my bf considers the best part of the meal the chicken and pork skins too. Yuck!!! But it gets them off my plate I guess....
5I do admit Ilan has some personality flaws... however that doesn't take away from him being HAWT!!
