Wow, Apple is really trying to get on the good side of its customers — first it offers two months free of the buggy Mobile Me and now it will replace your defective MagSafe adapter for free! I've probably had the white insulation go on about two of my magnetic power cords, so I know how expensive it can get to purchase a new one.
Once the wires get exposed, it usually renders your power cord unusable so this is indeed a nice gesture from Apple.

MobileMe has had its issues from the get go: crashing computers, lost emails, and system outages, which has left a bad taste in even the most steadfast of Apple fans' mouths. But in an attempt to turn things around, Apple announced yesterday that they are tacking on another 60-days of free service in addition to the 30-day free trial issued on July 15:
To recognize our users' patience, we are giving every MobileMe subscriber as of today a free 60-day extension. This is in addition to the one month extension most subscribers have already received.

Starting this Friday, August 15 to Saturday, August 23, Neiman Marcus is kicking off its Fall 2008 trend event by showcasing trendy berry-colored fashions — which we all know are so hot right now. I'm pretty sure I've gone on and on about this before — or maybe it was in a recent chat with lilsugar — but I can't stress enough how fantastic iPhones are when you've got kids that need to be kept busy (aka distracted!). You can pull up either downloaded movies or TV clips from YouTube, and you can even exercise the right sides of their brains with a wonderful app called Scribble!

Remember a few months ago, when we all got giddy because AT&T hotspots were suppose to be free for iPhone customers? Well that didn't exactly happen, but now (I'm guessing because of iPhone 3G mania), AT&T's free WiFi hotspot access is finally live! If you've got an iPhone, you can now use the WiFi at 17,000 sites around the US, including Starbucks.
