Feb 1 2008 - 4:55pm We posted these adorable groundhog cupcakes last year, but I completely forgot about them until right now! While you wait to see if good ol' Phil sees his shadow — it happens tomorrow — why don't you whip up one of these cute Groundhog Day cupcakes?
Start with your favorite cupcake recipe, (or use Magnolia Bakery Vanilla Cupcakes) stick a chocolate candy bar (my suggestion: a mini twix) upright in the baked and cooled cupcake.
