Heroes Rundown Chapter Four: "I Am Become Death" In this week's episode of Heroes, we alternate between the present day and four years in the future, discovering what will apparently happen unless certain heroes take some action in the present day, stat. This version of the future is bizarre (especially Sylar's story!) and scary (cold-hearted gangster Claire). It will be interesting to see when/if/how it can be avoided.

The Fall of 2007 came in with great fanfare in the TV world, only to be squashed just weeks later by the
writers' strike. For this Fall, some networks focused on "relaunching" those shows cut short because of the strike:
Chuck and
Life on NBC, and
Pushing Daisies,
Private Practice, and
Dirty Sexy Money on ABC. (Though it's now in its third season,
Heroes probably falls into this category, too.)
The good news: Many of those shows might not have gotten renewed without the writers' strike.
Heroes Rundown Chapter Three: "One of Us, One of Them" "What kind of person are we? Does the hero, or the villain inside us, win the day?" Ah, yes.

Ah, yes.

Tonight the third season of
Heroes begins on BBC2 at 9pm, with the superhuman gang being joined by a band of villains. Our friends in the US had the premiere of this episode on September 22, so it's nice to see that the gap is
beginning to close between airdates across the pond and on our terrestrial channels. Following the first episode on BBC2 you can flick to BBC3 at 10pm to watch the second episode straight away!
Heroes Rundown Chapter One: "The Second Coming" Am I alone in thinking this premiere was kickass? I feel like they upped the comedy factor and threw us some crazy new developments. It was thrilling and gruesome and surprising and funny.

Aaaand onto Chapter Two of the third volume of
Heroes. After that
first episode, we got another crazy, mysterious, information-overload episode (ooh, that rhymes) in "The Butterfly Effect." Ready to discuss, Heroes fans?

Hooray! I'm so ready to kick off the third "volume" of
Heroes tonight! It's been a long haul for this favorite to return, due to the
writers' strike, so I thought up something fun to get us through the workday while we wait out these final hours.
