Store-bought rotisserie chicken is one of the tastiest culinary shortcuts around. It's incredibly moist and flavorful, but all you have to do to prepare it is pull the meat off the bird. Since I love
leftover sandwiches, I combined my current passion for chutney and bread-and-butter pickles with some excess chicken from a recent dinner.

October is National
Chili Month, and beef, with its unmistakably robust flavor, is the classic meat that's used in this dish. Aside from being an enduring crowd-pleaser, beef chili is also affordable to make, portable, and

Bobby Flay, elevates chili to a gourmet level.

fun with fondue. Either way, you've got eight (expensive) odds and ends of cheese in your fridge that you don't know how to salvage.

Though I love making
sandwiches from scratch, some of the best sammies are the ones
thrown together using
the previous night's leftovers, don't you agree? In fact, when I sat down to eat this
delicious stuffed pork the other night, I was already thinking about the sandwich I'd make with the leftovers.
So, if you decide to whip up Tuesday's
Fast & Easy Dinner, I highly recommend saving at least one pork chop for the next day.

The other day I opened my refrigerator and pulled out the gourmet Italian bologna I had been snacking on earlier in the week. However, I was greeted by that gross, gag-inducing old lunchmeat smell. Disappointed and shocked, I wondered: Just how long does fresh sliced deli meat last?
