When it comes to panzanella — the classic Italian bread salad with tomatoes — I love every variation. While I've made it with heirloom tomatoes and arugula, I've never had the filling warm-weather dish with tuna and white beans.
But thanks to this recipe, I plan on doing so tonight!

The cooking technique is far from complex and the ingredients are nothing out of the ordinary, yet the resulting dish is comforting, cheesy, and divine.

During Summer, kabobs are ideal for quick, simple dinners. While you can load the skewers with any proteins or vegetables, this recipe takes inspiration from the Caribbean. Chicken chunks are seasoned with jerk before being layered with bell peppers, red onions, and pineapples.

If you're looking for a lighter variation on the classic nacho recipe, I highly recommend these spicy shrimp nachos. They may not be super Fit friendly, but they are less heavy than the meat-laden, overly cheesy nachos I normally make.
The shrimp is tossed with a sweet-hot blend of sugar and spices before being grilled.

I have a weakness for pizza, it's one of my favorite foods and I love it in all forms. Tonight I am treating myself to a Greek style pizza. Meat seasoned with cloves, cinnamon, allspice, and oregano is baked atop a store bought dough.

Kick off your Super Bowl weekend tonight with pizza for dinner. Homemade pizzas are super fun because you can control the topping ingredients. Caramelized red onion and ribbons of roast beef are delicious when paired with crumbled blue cheese and sweet red pepper.
