When I saw the trailer for Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs, I wondered: what could be better than living in an alternate universe where it rains meatballs? Well, I think I've found my answer.
It's a 222.5-pound meatball that emerged over the weekend, blowing all other past meatball records out of the water.

Considering that everyone — Sugar included! — is getting caught up in the hype surrounding the Twilight series, it comes as no surprise that one couple, Annette and Tim Root of Forks, WA, have decided to launch a Twilight-themed restaurant in the town where the books are set.
Although the family-style eatery will be named Volterra, after the Italian city where the Volturi law-enforcing vampires live, the cuisine won't be Italian.

Although I didn't catch the price, I ordered the fish tacos — but when time came to sign the credit card bill, I recoiled at the amount — $20! Several days ago, I was one of a party of eight to enjoy lunch at an acclaimed new restaurant in town, RN74. For the most part, my dining companions and I all ordered different things, and even though I'd never met any of them, we had no qualms sharing our courses and even swapping plates.
"There are two kinds of people in this world: sharers and keepers," one of my fellow diners astutely remarked.
