Although some people may think this Roaches on My Cup and Saucer servingware ($47) is whimsical, I find it grossly realistic. I don't want a live roach crawling in my cappuccino, so why would I want to see a painting of one at the bottom of my mug?! Still, this teacup set could be fun for practical jokes.

As someone who understands the need to find just the right color, I find both the Pantone Palettes Dinnerware and Pantone Mugs exceptionally fabulous. My personal favorite, Pantone 021C is a vibrant orange that just screams good morning! If orange isn't your thing, then perhaps a muted cup and saucer in four shades of burnt ochre?

I saw these anamorphic cups and saucers and immediately fell in love. The image is on the plate in plain sight, but can only be viewed when the mirrored cup is placed on it. Anamorphic creations aren't a new thing, the style first appeared in artwork in the 1600s, and became popular throughout Europe in the 18th century.

At the Governors Ball, the majority of the stars will be sipping sparkling wine, so stock up on more affordable bottles of Cava or Prosecco. Place wine buckets around the room and fill with ice and bottles. Arrange champagne flutes or saucers nearby.

I'm hosting my birthday party at a chic city bar, but I'll be bringing my own decorations to create a unifying theme for the bash. I'll use pink accessories to go with the invitations, including pink votive holders, flamingo toothpicks for the finger food, pink lilies, and handmade pink pom poms hung from the ceiling.
On the tables, I'll lay out placemats and pretty matchbooks for the guests to take home as favors.

If your gift recipient is anti cutesy hearts and flowers for Valentine's Day, then these heavy-duty 10" Lovesick Plates are going to be up their alley. Although they do have flowers in the background, they're way too interesting to be considered cutesy. They'd make a great gift to use on the dinner table, but they'd look even more divine hanging on a wall.

The design collaborative of Lovegrove & Repucci have taken the classic Dutch Delft design and given it a modern twist. The classic blue and white is done with graffiti and street tags, and is available in both New York (right) and London (left). Each porcelain dinnerware collection contains five pieces — dinner plate, side plate, soup bowl, cup and saucer — and sells for $100 each.

Unlike the seasonal changes in fruits and veggies, the consumption of coffee and tea remains constant year round. It's no surprise that even though warm weather is almost here, the Yum Market on TeamSugar is full of coffee and tea accessories. From teapots to cappuccino machines and coffee beans, you are eager to enjoy the rich brown beverages.

A few weeks ago I helped my girlfriend host a girls-only birthday party. Instead of serving a full dinner we did appetizers, wine, and a vodka cocktail. The cocktail — with a rosy-pink hue — was a definite crowd pleaser.

On New Year's Eve, several of my Champagne flutes were accidentally broken. Since there are many winter sales going on, it's a good time to invest in a new set of glasses. Can you help me out by searching the web for beautiful Champagne flutes?
