&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Make the Chipotle Mayonnaise:&lt;/b&gt; Add all the ingredients to a food processor and puree. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Make the Sliders:&lt;/b&gt; Preheat grill over medium-high heat.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Form the meat into 2 to 3-ounce portions, packed tightly. Season with salt and pepper.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Place the sliders on the grill. Wait until they are nice and crusty on the first side, about 4 to 5 minutes and then flip and cook another 4 minutes. When the sliders are about done, top with desired cheese and close the grill, allowing the cheese to melt.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Place the slider on mini burger buns and top with chipotle mayonnaise and any other desired toppings.&lt;/li&gt;

If you&#039;re looking for a snack-sized serving, a pair of the miniature burgers will set you back only $1.39. For a larger serving, a six-pack costs $4.09. Not a bad price, considering the size of the meal. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately, what virtues the BK Shots earn in price get canceled out when it comes to flavor. While it is flame-broiled like the other burgers on the menu, the BK shots don&#039;t come with the Whopper&#039;s ratio of condiments (ketchup, but no mayo), and the toasted sesame seed bun has been replaced by a plain bun that isn&#039;t firm enough in the hands and sticks to the roof of the mouth. It is a slider at its worst: squishy, mushy, and slippery, without any of the melt-in-your-mouth virtues of its classic counterpart, the White Castle slider. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the future, I&#039;ll pass on this - I&#039;d rather cut a Whopper into six pieces instead. Have you tried the BK Burger Shots? What did you think of them? &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Preheat the oven to 400°. In a medium saucepan, generously cover the lentils with water. Add the onion, garlic, bay leaf and dried chile and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook over low heat until the lentils are tender, about 30 minutes. Drain the lentils, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid; discard the bay leaf and chile.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In a medium bowl, mash 1 cup of the lentils with a potato masher, then stir in the remaining lentils.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add the olives, celery, shallot, 1/4 cup of olive oil and the vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the reserved 1/4 cup of cooking liquid.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Arrange the bread slices on a cookie sheet and bake for about 8 minutes or until thoroughly crisp. Drizzle the crostini with olive oil and generously spoon the lentil salad on top. Garnish the crostini with slivers of red chile and serve.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Make the sauce&lt;/b&gt;: in a medium mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt and lemon zest and juice. Season, to taste, with a couple pinches of salt. Sauce can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to use. Bring to room temperature before using.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cut the brioche into about 1/3 to 1/2-inch thick slices and then use a small glass to cut out as many circles as possible, about 3 inches in diameter, from each slice. Place the bread &quot;buns&quot; in an airtight container until ready to use so that they stay moist and soft.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Directions&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Put the potatoes in a medium saucepan with salted water to cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook at a gentle boil until tender, about 25 minutes. Drain the potatoes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;When they are cool enough to handle, peel the potatoes and cut into 1/4-inch slices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Meanwhile, in a small glass or stainless-steel bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, cumin, paprika, 3/4 teaspoon of the salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, the ginger, and the oregano. Whisk in 6 tablespoons of the oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat a grill pan or a heavy frying pan over moderate heat. For the grill pan, coat the chicken with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil; sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Cook the chicken for 5 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Turn and cook until browned and just done, about 4 minutes longer.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Remove, and when cool enough to handle, cut the chicken into 1/4-inch slices. For the frying pan, heat the oil in the pan and then season, cook, and slice the chicken in the same way.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In a large bowl, combine the warm potatoes with half of the dressing. Add the chicken, onion, olives, parsley, and the remaining dressing and toss.&lt;/li&gt;

8 small dinner rolls or potato rolls, split&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Cut the potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes, place in a large pot and cover with an inch of water. Salt the water and bring to a boil over high heat. Continue boiling until the potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with the bread crumbs, egg, sage and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Divide the mixture into eighths and form into 1/2-inch-thick patties.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat the 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large grill pan over medium heat.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;When the oil is rippling hot, add the patties and cook, flipping once, until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Place 2 small cheese squares on each burger.&lt;/li&gt;
