Yummy! I think the "expert" one would be a lot better than the "beginner" one... I've been seeing turkey breasts in the grocery store and wondering what I could do with them. Thanks for the awesome idea!
1when it says cloves it means the spice, not cloves of garlic, correct?

5I am cooking my first Thanksgiving dinner this year and I'm planning to do a roulade! Then I don't have to worry about making a separate stuffing....and it just looks cool!
6Thanks for sharing the recipes! I think I might give the beginners version a shot... if not for Thanksgiving, maybe for Christmas. Any excuse to use artichokes.
