Now that another season of Hell's Kitchen has wrapped, you may be wondering where you'll get your regular fix of foul mouthing, courtesy of Gordon Ramsay. Well, look no further than the website Gordon Ramsay Swears at You, which, at the push of a button, fulfills any sadistic need to have the irate chef blurt out expletives.

I got a kick out of staring at an optimistic image of Gordon, juxtaposed with voice-overs of him yelling swear words. Do you find it funny?

Kelsey and Spike Debut Their New Show on Food2

During the last season of the Next Food Network Star, many of you thought perky blond Kelsey Nixon had serious star potential and were shocked when she got kicked off the show. But the spunky home chef assured readers she wouldn't be going anywhere when she announced she was getting her own show with Top Chef's Spike Mendelsohn on Food Network spinoff site Food2.

The enthusiastic contestant kept her word. Today, Kelsey & Spike Cook debuted on Food2's website with two episodes: one demo of easy-to-make steak and another featuring breakfast items. Unlike Food Network's other new show, 5 Ingredient Fix, I feel an instant connection with the duo - especially since we've gotten to know them on reality shows past.

They have a fun, lighthearted chemistry that holds my attention. Watch the video below and tell me what you think. Do you like the duo's dynamic? What do you think of the Food2 beta website and its other new shows?

Does It Annoy You When a Restaurant's Menu Is Not Online?

The other day DearSugar was complaining because she couldn't find a restaurant's menu online. While I prefer not to check out a menu before eating out, sometimes it's nice to look at the price range. And if the menu is not online, it can be annoying. How do you feel about the matter?

This Is Why You're Fat: Love It or Hate It?

Less is more - except when more is more. At least that's the principle behind a new website, This is why you're fat. In the last several days, the food porn site has skyrocketed to Internet fame with its Would You Eat This?-worthy images, which include everything from a colossal breakfast chimichanga to a pizza topped with corn dogs.

While it's entertaining (who doesn't love oversize things?), one could argue that it's simply too much. What do you think of it?

Check Out Foodzie, a New Artisanal Online Market

In the past few years America has experienced a major push to eat and shop local, as exemplified by events like Slow Food Nation and the growing popularity of farmers markets. But as technology advances more information online, eating local and the Internet were bound to converge somehow.The resulting product that's emerged? A new site called Foodzie.

This San Francisco-based website connects artisanal food producers with customers across the country. Modeled after the success of Etsy, the online handmade goods marketplace, Foodzie aims to create the experience of the farmers market online. Cofounder Rob LaFave explained: “You get a similar experience to a farmers market . . . but it is much more scalable. Ninety-seven percent of the country does not have this kind of access to artisan foodmakers.”
Above are some of my favorites finds from the shop. Foodzie is an ideal destination for shoppers who can't go to farmers markets. My only qualm is that the idea of eating locally - the whole principle behind the farmers market - gets lost when you're shipping products halfway across the country.

This Year's Best Online Recipe Resource

As part of our Best of 2008 coverage we asked you what website is your favorite resource for recipes. The results are very close: Food Network beat out Allrecipes by one vote! Yum and I agree with the majority and are making Food Network the editor's pick for best online recipe resource.

Although I was initially taken aback by the site's recent makeover, I've come to love the new Food Network. Besides the huge collection of easily searchable recipes, I enjoy the videos and behind-the-scenes details. Why do you log on to Food Network?

I'm not afraid to admit it: I love reading recipes and I love reading them online. The internet is a wonderful resource for recipes, and I often find myself searching several websites until I find the perfect one. My computer is even dirtied like a cookbook with sauce splatters and food smudges.

Since you read this website, I'm assuming you browse the web for recipes, too. Besides YumSugar and in honor of the Best of 2008 coverage, I want to know: Where do you like to read recipes online?

Kelsey Nixon to Star on Food Network's Web Show

Kelsey Nixon, the perky blonde contestant on the fourth season of the Next Food Network Star, is getting her own show. In the November issue of Utah Valley magazine, she discusses her new role at Food Network:

I've been approached by so many production companies, but I think Food Network is the route I should go. I'm working on a project with them right now - a web show about teaching cooking basics. . . My co-host on the show is Spike Mendelsohn from Top Chef and we have a great time. I'm the one to do the 'by-the-book' classic methods, and he uses crazy ingredients from all over the world.

The show will be a part of F2 a new website the Food Network is launching in early 09. According to Kelsey they plan to shoot 65 episodes and have wrapped filming on the first 13. This is an interesting move for Food Network and I definitely look forward to checking out the chemistry between bubbly Kelsey and spastic Spike. What do you think of the unlikely duo?

Most of you were appalled by the increase in budget beer sales and many or you prefer to drink local microbrews, so I thought I would bring attention to an interesting website created by the Brewer's Association. Seasonal Beer Throughout the Year is your resource for limited-edition, seasonal craft brews. A seasonal beer is a special style of beer, sometimes with flavors like pumpkin, made for a certain time of year. These beers are especially popular during Oktoberfest.

From harvest ales to Christmas brews, the site has you covered. The best thing about it is that you select your state after choosing the season. Not only are the brews seasonal, but the listings are local as well! The in-depth list provides the brewery's website and phone number for simple and quick ordering.

I'm definitely going to get my hands on some of Pyramid's Snowcap Ale, how about you?
