I love the repetition of the lamp posts in this picture. I just wish that I had backed up more so the top of the lamp hadn't been cut off. This was taken at the University of Georgia.

My daughter came across my old scrapbook and demanded to know "Who is this really cool chick!" Well it was me but do you think she'd believe me? Why is it so hard to believe that I could be cool---or was even VERY cool at one time in my life?

I snapped this pretty picture of the Golden Gate Bridge and bay with my Nikon Coolpix S200. I love the camera because it takes good pictures and is light and fits in my bag, but I'm ready to graduate to an SLR for more advanced options. I don't really have any special technique.
