This gives new meaning to skunky beer!
This summer, how would you like to lean back in your lawn chair and toss back a brew made from what may be the world’s oldest recipe for beer? Called Chateau Jiahu, this blend of rice, honey and fruit was intoxicating Chinese villagers 9,000 years ago—long before grape wine had its start in Mesopotamia.

When TeamSugar member calamari sent the Yum and Geek girls some fun playlists to listen to via SeeqPod, I was shocked that I had never experimented with the cool site before and thrilled by calamari's continued web prowess.
Serving as both your song/artist search engine and music player, SeeqPod will scan the Internet for all your favorite songs, let you listen to them, and then you can add them to a playlist. Once the playlist is created you can easily send them to friends or embed them in social networking sites.

Kellie Pickler didn't win the title of American Idol this year, but the pride of Albemarle, N.C., is still getting a shot at country stardom. She's on the charts with "Red High Heels," and just a few aisles over from the shoe department is her debut album, Small Town Girl. Here, the ambitious singer answers questions from fans about finding her talent for writing, being called a ditsy blonde and the country star she'd be honored to sing for.

So, I went to Roy's for a friend's birthday on Sunday. I'd been there once before, for my ex-boyfriend's dad's birthday.

LOS ANGELES (Billboard) - As he prepares to release his third album in as many years, R&B singer/songwriter Ne-Yo says he is "a little bored" with urban music.
The genre has served him well, to be sure. His first two albums have both been certified platinum, and he has co-written such monster hits as Beyonce's "Irreplaceable," which spent 10 weeks atop the Hot 100 singles chart in 2006.

Do you ever see something that totally reminds you of, or looks like a face? As much as you try to shake the fact that a rock or a cloud is smiling at you, you just can't? Well when TeamSugar user Calamari sent Faces in Places to me, I couldn't get over how many recognizable human faces there are on everyday things.

Have you ever checked out hot or not, a website that rates men and women based on their supposed "hotness level"? Well there's now a website version (literally) called Command Shift 3, that has you click on websites that you think are hot (minus the nudity). On Command Shift 3, you will see screenshots of two websites side by side.

If you like Conan O'Brien's "If They Mated" game, you'll probably like Monoface, a fun interactive flash site that lets you play around with a combination of face parts and create bizarre looking people.
The site, which was created as a gimmick for the mono PR agency, lets you click on the person's mouth, nose, head and eye to create a different monoface. You can click all day because there are 759,375 possible faces.
