You wouldn't add corn starch to a glass of your favorite fruit juice so why would you want it in your favorite fruit candy? We don't use starch to thicken our fruit jellies and that's what makes fruit pates different from other jelly candies you may have tried.
Although each batch of our fruit jellies takes several weeks from start to finish, they're worth the extra effort.
