The "Caramel Mochatini" Winning Drink Recipe:
What you'll need:
Martini Glass
Shaker & Ice
1oz.- Stoli Vanilla Vodka (Or whatever your favorite Vanilla Vodka is)
1oz.- Baileys Caramel Irish Cream
1oz.- Godiva White Chocolate Liquor
1/2oz.-Starbucks Liquor
1 packet of Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate Powder
1 bottle of caramel ice-cream topping
1 dark chocolate bar
Directions:
Rim martini glass with Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate Powder.
Drizzle Glass with caramel ice-cream topping.
Shave dark chocolate bar onto plate.

Peppermint Patty
Ingredients:
2 ounces vodka
1 ounces peppermint schnapps
1/2 ounces white creme de cacao
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Stir gently and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with peppermint stick.

I saw this recipe on the Food Network website and it looked fun. Ive never tried sake, but it looks tasty presented this way!
1 fresh basil leaf, chopped
6 fresh mint leaves
2 lemon twists
2 orange wedges
1/4 English cucumber, seeded and diced, very cold
1 1/2 ounces orange flavored liqueur (recommended: Cointreau)
Ice cubes
250 ml bottle sparkling sake
Put the basil, mint, lemon, orange, cucumber, and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Smirnoff vodka
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz half and half
- 1/4 oz creme de cacao
Rimming: shaved white chocolate rim
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with shaved white chocolate rim.

Mango Margaritas
Sugar, for rim of glasses
1/2 lime, cut into quarters
1/2 cup tequila
2/3 cup mango nectar
3 tablespoons bottled lime juice
1 cup ice cubes
Spread a thin layer of sugar on a saucer. Run 1 lime wedge around rim of 2 margarita or martini glasses. Press rims into sugar on saucer to create narrow sugared edge on each glass.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz white rum
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 2 lime wedges
- 1 Zespri green kiwifruit
- 1/2 oz honey syrup (1 part honey and 1 part water) Garnish: 1 lime wedge
Slice kiwifruit in half and use a spoon to scoop out small pieces into a cocktail shaker. Add mint leaves, lime and honey syrup and muddle to combine. Add rum, and shake all ingredients with ice.
