Even if skin care products usually do not give nutrients deep into the actual living cells under the superficial layers of the skin, the Vitamin E in several products is actually beneficial. Researchers have found that by using antioxidants to the skin, free radical damage that would usually happen through exposure to sunlight, can be avoided or at least lessened. Vitamin E is a well known component in many skin care creams of Netalab. The scientist proved that the protective effects of Vitamin E from that time of UV exposure were seen 2-3 days later.

Looks like Yum and I are not the only 2 people who are crazy about ice cream sandwiches this summer. When I went for cocktails and tapas at Two last Friday with my gal pals we ordered the trio of ice cream sandwiches. They were delicioso!

Our hands tell the world a lot of things:
How old we are to how important
our self care is to us.
The eyes are the windows to our
soul, but our hands tell our life's long
tale. --Dee
If we don't focus enough on hand and nail care
our hands will age faster than we want.
Here is a product that I like to keep my hands
looking and feeling soft and beautiful.

Yesterday, I had a crummy, stressful day at work. It was one of those days when the higher-ups are freaking out about an impossible deadline at the end of the week, getting everyone else all stirred up and anxious, only to find out later that the deadline is actually two weeks away. It was frustrating and tiring.

Delicate lace has always been one of the more feminine fabrics, inspired by the 1920s, lace has been making major comebacks over the past few years, however this season lace is teamed with ruffles and 80s silhouettes. Lace in shades of black, white, creame and dusky rose set the palette for a soft and romantic look. Pearls are worn delicately over lace fabrics and this season's velvet fabric makes a comeback in purples and green shades.
