The other day I was reading one of my beauty/fashion magazines, unfortunately I don't remember which one (It was either Allure of Bazaar's December issue.), when I came across a FRIGHTENING article. Basically women everywhere are embracing the do it yourself philosophy, and trying to replicate some of the really expensive creams (ie: La Mer, anything by N.V. Today's Don't of the day is what I would like to call photography gone wrong. As an adult I encourage you to get photographs of yourself, portraits that is. I was really nervous about re painting this antique clock but there was so much varnish/paint on it that it would have been too difficult to sand out so I took a risk with some spray paint (3 cans) of "heirloom white" and I think it turned out nice!

Well, I have (had) been dating Mr. Take it Slow for about a month. He wanted to take it slow b/c he just got out of a LTR a few months ago. The last time we went out, things got physical (not all the way, though). I did hear from him the next day, but nothing but FB posts for 2 weeks after that. Finally last night he emailed me: "I just wanted to write you a message to let you know what's going on. I've been kinda quiet because I just don't know what's going on with me.
