The holidays should be about friends, family, and a healthy portion of pumpkin pie, not guilt over gaining weight. Dr. Grigory Sadkhin, weight loss expert and founder of The Sadkhin Complex, shared with us a few ways to go from Thanksgiving through New Years without gaining a pound (or a guilty conscience).

Honestly, eggnog’s the least of it. In this busy tizzy of a season, it’s the grab-and-go foods you swore off only yesterday--the morning doughnut, the Whopper at the mall, the bag of chips that mysteriously fell into your grocery cart--that get to your hips.
Your choices: 1) Say what-the-hey, splurge, and pray.

Tis' the season to be jolly right?! Not for these kids.
The older children are holding the jacket of "little one," so she can't run away.
