When Weddings Hit the Internet
When Yanna Elfes was planning her ultimate big fat Greek wedding in Sydney, she never imagined it would be virtually attended by millions of people around the world or become the subject of a vicious email slur campaign and a police investigation.
But that's exactly what happened after she married her husband Kosta two months ago at the Greek Orthodox church in Kogarah.
Her friends published photos on their Facebook pages and within days the images were appearing in nasty viral emails that quickly spread across Australia and to workplaces as far flung as London and Dubai.

One of the first operas i have ever seen - FM Mozart - one of my fave composers - was The Magic Flute - one of the very rare operas which has a happy ending - we have enough of drama in life already - ;) - so here she is - Madame Papagena :) it was a real process to get her into that picture - a peacock feather - a close-up fm Zurich Zoo (with kids) - last year in July.

Quick and Easy Enchiladas
A girl I work with, every once in a while, brings in a giant pan of enchiladas to share with everyone. They're amazing, and she sent me the recipe she uses. It seems easy so I figured I'd share: Ingredients 1 large pack of lean ground beef 2 cans tomato sauce 4 cups of water 24 pack small corn tortillas 1 bag of cheddar cheese 1 bag of mixed cheeses Mexican style(especially for tacos, usually found in the cheese aisle) 1 bag of McCormick enchilada sauce mix 1 bag of McCormick taco seasoning 1 container of sour cream Steps 1.
