I am not the hugest fan of eggs, but I love frittatas. They are a snap to make and you can use whatever you want from your fridge.
Frittatas are great for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner depending on your fillings.

I don't think I've ever made a frittata until now!
It is so delicious and full of fantastic flavors all in one dish!
I made it for my mom and I last night for dinner and it was so simple to make.

THE other afternoon, my husband and I were drinking beer on the front porch and already feeling a little dirty about what we planned to do later — grill a big fat steak brushed with butter. Then a terrible thing happened.
We saw a registered dietitian power-walking down the block.
