lunch-duck+charsiew rice+beef claypot with rice+kway chup(took alot of alll !!!!!!!!!!!!)+avacado jucie +lime and aloe vera juice.
teabreak-one sponge cake+two banana.
dinner-fried samosa+claypot noodles+fried rice+fried mee sua+tofu and hot and sour soup+fruits........

breakfast-one lotus bread and one pandan kaya bread+ 3 bowls of meat floss + tea+ abit of fried mee sua+orange+one slice of carrot cake.
lunch-alot of rice + fried chicken+fried fish and alot vege and soup + orange + one mini pau +one orange + one pear+ one vitagen.

went home and started watching my korean show and hula hoop like finally. but only can do one hour(max)per day )-:
