This also is a great recipe for fish. Very simple yet very tasty!
For the halibut steaks:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 halibut steaks , each about 1 1/4 inches thick and 10 to 12 inches long (about 2 1/2 pounds total), gently rinsed, dried well with paper towels, and trimmed of cartilage at both ends
table salt and ground black pepper
1.

Went on a third date with the irresistibly handsome Mr. I'minlikewithyou and had the most amazing fish dish at Aziza a Moroccan place and Stanlee Gatti's favorite restaurant. I had heard that the service was bad, but we sat at the bar and had a wonderful intimate time and shared a bottle of Rhone.

OK girls. I tried to find two easy and healthy recipes that are great for the summer. I thought that a fish dish would be awesome and you can't go wrong with a good steak on the BBQ.

OK, Chris & Pitts is hard for me to explain to some people. You either love it or hate it. My family loves it and we have literally been going there since I was about 3 years old!

For lasts night's dinner I whipped up a delicious baked fish recipe. Its easy to make and super yummy. What I love most about it, is it's punchy flavors from the diced tomatoes and orange zest infused in the fish.
