I like to give myself the recommended 48 hours between strength training sessions; that said Tuesday was slated to be cardio only. Unfortunately I made the mistake of asking a friend what we were doing for the 4th and she answered with, "you should have a bbq." She's a complete jerk she totally twisted my arm there.
