Oscar Nominations. Yay, Juno!
Buzz posted the Oscar noms, which were announced this morning, but I figured I'd repost them here, for sake of conversation. I am SO happy about some of these nods, especially: Javier Bardem for supporting actor - TOTALLY deserves it and will probably win Ellen Page for lead actress - she probably won't win but yay for her anyway Juno for best picture - again, it's the underdog and probably won't win, but what an achievement "Falling Slowly" from Once for best song - I really, really hope this wins over the songs from Enchantment. Diablo Cody for the Juno screenplay - I think she's going to win for best original.Golden Globe Nominees Announced
