Yum posted a link to this fabulous recipe for Hazelnut Blondies yesterday and I jumped at the opportunity to bake something using my beloved Nutella and my Homemade Vanilla Extract :shamelesspimping:

So yesterday I went to Walgreens for some Nutella and came out with a couple of other essentials *ahem*
I bought Loreal HIP shadow paint and got a free HIP mascara! Also the HIP shadow crayons were $5 each so I got one in Intricate.
Kentucky Derby Cake
Chocolate cake, nutella frosting. My original plan was just to do a circle of red roses like those ones they put on the horses, but then Cody {my boyfriend} found the little plastic horses at the cake store. After Eight Belles died, I knocked one of the little horses over.
2 Ingredient Recipes
My mother is a reader of Woman's Day Magazine (whose recipes I usually love) and she passed on these 2 ingredient recipe cards to me. Sure, some of them are a little odd and I will probably never, ever attempt, but there were a few that immediately grabbed my attention and I can't wait to try out! (Pineapple with coconut sorbet...:DROOL:)

Appetizers
Marinate mixed olives (jar) with freshly grated peel and juice from 1 lemon in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
Decadent Puddings
Pudding isn't a very common dessert here in Québec, but for some unknown reason, I had been craving pudding like crazy for the past few days. Having never eaten a real homemade pudding before, I decided to try making it from scratch. I chose a really easy recipe that Yum posted last year, and the result was amazing.
